    Sourdough starter

    I only tried the sourdough starter. It worked wonderfully great . I used it for making flatbread and they turned out very soft and fluffy .

    I still need to learn starter to grow more so that it last long.

    I used one tsp starter for three cups of wheat flour to make flatbread .
