My Story

Emma is a wife, mother, homesteader, and Massage Therapist, as well as the daughter of renowned Australian health speaker Barbara O'Neill. As the proud founder of EmmaWellness.com, previously known as Misty Mountain USA, Emma utilizes her extensive knowledge and training to promote healing and health within her family, friends, neighbors, and patients.

For over two decades, Emma has successfully managed her own in-home clinic while also joyfully raising and home-educating her seven children. Her commitment to the principles of healthy living is evident in the lifestyle she and her family live in the upper Midwest of the USA, seamlessly integrating healthy living into their journey while maintaining a deep affection for her homeland, Australia.
