Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue, while improving and strengthening physical health. They promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed area. 

Made with Organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft and hypoallergenic.

This castor oil pack is approximately 20" in length from shoulder to upper back and 15" wide across the back.

Elastic straps are approximately 21".

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap. Hang to dry.

Important: Do not use castor oil packs while pregnant.

    THRILLED with this purchase!

    I have been looking a long time for an organic flannel castor oil pack that was made specially for shoulders. I could not find one for a long time except from China and I will not purchase from China. Then I came across this one and I have been using it every day. I love it. Definitely a great purchase. Worthy every penny.

    Both this and castor oil were a gift to my client for frozen shoulder and she was over the top to have received this gift!
