Hips Organic Castor Oil Pack

Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue, while improving and strengthening physical health. They promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

Made with Organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft and hypoallergenic. These packs do not require a heating pad as the outer fabric traps in your body heat!

This castor oil pack is designed to fit adult hips. It measures 10.5" at the widest point, 4.75" at the narrowest point and is 31" in length. It has 3 straps measuring 36" each on both sides that you can either tie around the back or front of your body. 

Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed area. 

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap. Hang to dry.
